The location really impressed me. it is close to times square (just a short walk!). i found many shops and restaurants nearby. the front desk service was excellent. the room included an electric iron and ironing board. I found that quite helpful.
the air conditioning seemed to have issues (it stopped working during sleep hours).

the room was rather small a problem given i had luggage with me the air conditioning unit sounded like a truck i found this made sleep difficult housekeeping seemed superficial

Location was very convenient. it was close to many shops and restaurants. the breakfast provided was tasty. It gave a good start to each day. the room was regularly cleaned and fresh towels were always available

the lobby had a lively vibe. multiple elevators ensured quick access to different floors, something i always appreciate (avoiding long waits!). the staff was helpful, especially with directions.

the front desk staff was friendly. housekeeping kept the rooms clean every day. the bellhop service proved reliable for luggage handling. the proximity to times square offered unmatched convenience.
the absence of a coffee maker in the room was a small problem. this meant i had to go downstairs for my morning coffee. it would be nice with in-room facilities.

historic hotel excellent room service good reception fast elevators
the reception and bar staff were really good. the elevators were fast (i never waited long) and plentiful. i found the room service essential, as the towels didn't dry easily (it's a small thing, i know). the location is fantastic.
The room i had could have used a bit more space. It felt a little cramped.

convenient location luggage holding daily cleaning
i stayed for three nights and found the location very convenient. the hotel has luggage holding available. the rooms were also cleaned daily, which i appreciated.
the room lacked a fridge and microwave, which would have been useful.
